"I had originally obtained your name in case we would experience any problems with the purchase of our new beach home in Fenwick. Well, I'm very happy to say this is not the case. We are extremely happy with the Fleetwood Life Styles unit. With exception of minor fix ups, that I just mention were handled in a quick and efficient manner, the home is more than we had expected.

The main purpose of my correspondence is to make you aware of the courteous and knowledgeable team effort that was afforded to us by the Millsboro employees. It is our understanding that this is Wayne's first independent operation and we feel he has developed a strong and courteous team of reps. On no occasion when we called, did Eric not jump in to assist if John was not available. And if neither were available Wayne was the first to take the call. John Stubbs, our sales representative, did a great job of analyzing my wife's wants and needs and found a unit that would please her desires. Admittedly, it is very difficult to make such a large purchase without seeing specifics (options, counter configurations, etc.), but he did very well in finding suitable alternatives to meet our needs. Do not misunderstand me there are things that could be better explained or visualized, but none of these distracted from the completion of a very attractive, and comfortable home.

Ordering the home is one thing, but I would be remiss in not mentioning the fine job in the installation and final corrections, made by the completion team. All during the installation process and up to the final inspection Ted was available and knowledgeable in anticipating problems and making necessary corrections. On final inspection day, Ted, Gary and Cindy were all in attendance to insure our satisfaction. We are now in the process of dealing with Cindy on the final check list and have found Gary and Fred very cooperative and competent.
