Atlantis Homes was founded in 2000 by Brian McKinley along with his sister Pamela Merritt and her husband Randy Merritt Sr. It is a friendly family-owned and run business that has rapidly grown into one of Delmarva's most innovative and progressive housing providers to first time home buyers, second home buyers, and those looking for retirement living at the beach.

Our Delmarva company has sales locations in both Delaware and Maryland to serve you. We also serve a number of customers in the Mid-Atlantic region including those in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
