OUR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, JOHN STARKE.

John’s position is to oversee the entire installation of your home to ensure quality and timeliness of the construction.

John will be your contact person throughout the entire process. He will conduct a preconstruction site visit to determine the scope of the work required to complete site preparation, improvements, home installation, utility connections and any other selected on-site options. .

When all construction has been completed, a final inspection by the Building Inspector will be done. The final step will be a walk-thru and orientation with John.  It is at that time he will go over the features of your new home and answer any questions you may have.

John's Experience:

• 20+ years in both Service and Installation of manufactured homes
• 15+ years as Manger of Service and Construction
• 20+ years of sales experience
• 10+ years of sales management experience
• Broad range of dealing with contractors, public officials, and people in general with a caring attitude
